ADL to Design L-Residence Apartment in Lavon Swan City, Cikupa

ADL has been appointed by CFLD Indonesia to design the L-Residence Apartment in its Lavon Swan City development in Cikupa. The project shall consist of 3 mid-rise residential towers and commercial shophouses. It would be the first high-rise residential development within the township.

As the lead consultant, ADL is collaborating with WME/Altos Engineering for structure engineering, Metakom for MEP engineering and Sheilsflynn Asia for landscape design.

The residential and commercial project is envisaged to be an eco-friendly development, aligning with the developer’s big vision for the township. The development will be well-integrated with the township’s greenbelt and shall have complete facilities to indulge the residents, such as swimming pool, gym, parks and outdoor lifestyle retail.
