Bekasi Station TOD Visioning Plan

Upon the completion of the Tamansari Urbano, the Client has been requested by the Bekasi City Government to propose the planning for lands around the development and within the 400m walking distance of the Bekasi Station. ADL has been commissioned by the Client to prepare the visioning and planning for the 12ha study area.

The proposed Bekasi Station Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) master plan is envisioned to be the transit hub for Bekasi City and benchmark for TOD developments in Indonesia. The proposed pedestrian corridor as the main spine of the area would encourage the creation of a walkable city.

The master plan also proposes the integrated connectivities between the existing KRL station, future LRT/monorail and bus interchange, creating seamless linkages for the commuters into all multi-modal public transports.
