Boutique Hotel at Puncak, West Java

The proposed boutique hotel is located strategically along Jln Raya Puncak in the proximity to Gadog, the starting point of the Puncak area. The development is envisioned to be a unique boutique hotel that blends Indonesian and Arabic as it is owned by Middle Eastern investor.

The hotel shall have 184 roomkeys that consists of 177 keys deluxe rooms and 7 keys suites. The master suites would have plunge pool facility and they will be located on the top level of the tower. The rooftop would be utilised for the skyview restaurant and swimming pool with unblocked views towards the mountain to the south and golf course to the north.

On the ground floor, the lobby would be connected to a lifestyle retail wing that would provide a lifestyle experience for the visitors. An outdoor cafe would be located on the podium with views to the main street.
