Citraland Palembang Master Plan

Located to the southwest of Palembang city, this new township is envisioned to support the Jakabaring development to its east. It would also be the township pioneer in southwest of Palembang. Boasting a 125ha site, the development would consist of mainly mid-end landed houses and commercial mixed-use.

The concept master plan emphasizes on leveraging the natural assets to be the development features and creating integrated open space and pedestrian networks to instill a walkable community. The commercial zone is also envisaged to be a lifestyle destination in the area.
