Denver Apartment is located within the CBD of well-established Citraland Surabaya Township. The township is a flagship development of Ciputra Group and has been well regarded as a preferred residential area in west of Surabaya. The Denver Apartment is envisioned to be a mid-end residential with complete facilities and supporting retail on its ground floor.
Sited on a 3,402m2 area, with plot ratio (KLB) = 6.87 and GFA = 23,379m2, the development yields a total of 649 apartment units, with unit mix comprises studio, 1-BR, 2-BR and SOHO unit types. The building is designed optimally to achieve approx. 89% efficiency (SGFA to GFA). It has full facilities e.g. pools, BBQ area, multi-function hall, gym on its e-deck level.
The tower facade is designed as a contemporary expression breaking down the massive facade into exciting rhythm, yet modular and easy to construct. Dynamic curves and green walls dominate the podium facade to lighten the massing of the 6-storey parking building. The design also activates the ground floor level with open spaces and pedestrian linkages, creating a lively neighborhood.
